lol @ the little people big world kid.
anyway, day 1 was going good, until my gf reminded me we were going out to an italian restaurant for her dad's bday dinner. tried eating as healthy as possible. had some raviolli with marinara sauce (like 8 raviolis), 2 pieces of grilled chicken with broccoli raab, and a grilled portabello cap, and a glass of water. didnt eat the appetizers, and only had 1/2 a roll. Deseret killed me....Canoli cake + fresh Italian canolis = killer. Was at 700 cals for the day before that, did a shake for lunch, so hopefully its not too bad of a set backWhite Blood 2.0 Log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=141970231 COMPLETED

went to the gym tonight and pushed extra hard. I bowled for 3 hours (15 games) last night, and was sore as hell, but took my pre workouts and got a nice 2nd wind. also helps that i took some vicodine to help out the pain haha. stretched out really nice, did biceps, chest, and did some raw deadlifts. my hammies and back were a little tight from last night (i use a 16lb ball...**** takes a tole on yah), so i didnt want to over due it. I managed to do the bar (45 lbs) + 2 45lb plates and a 25lb plate each side for 5 reps. I really felt i could have done more, but didnt want to hurt myself. i'll try again thursday or friday when i'm 100%

LOL
ohhhh boy!
The thing is who REALLY cares? He's got the advice, let him do what he feels he needs to do. We all gotta answer for our own actions. Personally, I can't even drink coffee as I'd be bouncing off the frigging walls and not be able to sit still. It it works, it works, hey, you still get to the goal. I've seen MANY people take this approach of hard work and dedication in Corporate America, etc. It's the so called 'cheaters' that get promoted and get ahead. Not the people that think, work hard, and everything will fall into place, so I can't call it. You make it to that goal, then you can start the next. Time is something we can never get back, although no how much money we lost we can always get it back, so using this logic, I understand the OP's stance on the EC stack. If I could take it I would too.
Hell, I've been on a THC diet since last last December (I'm hyper to begin with so it helps calm me down) when I first started my cut, same deal. THC speeds up metabolism, but not the reason why was doing it. I had my first THC free workout yesterday and today so I have ABSOLUTELY NO APPETITE. Needless to say, me and THC have been friends for a hot second, but time to move on. Lotta hot babes this summer to take the place of that, and I just dumped my gf like last week as well.
Ironically it motivates me to workout 6 times a week hard for 1.5 hours.
Yeah, I really lost 30 pounds chiefing 24/7, every hour. You guys are about to see this weight drip off. now I'm really eating for fuel as the idea of food makes me want to puke.
yesterday and today was probably 1500 calorie days and i had to force it down.Last edited by loseitall90210; 05-01-2012 at 08:28 PM.

Interesting debate about the ECA. I've been using it for a while and had some nice progress I must say but the effects really stopped pretty soon. In two weeks or something the effect was gone so I recommend cycling it two weeks on and off or something.
I agree that it really isn't necesarry. I also tried clen and I gotta say that both clen and ECA don't have that much effect. In the end your diet gotta stay tight otherwise no amounts of mg of that stuff is gonna help.
Boombaux, just use some coke/mephedrone/xtc in the weekends, that will kill your appetitie for sure.
(not srs lol)
As for myself, had some great parties the last weeks, but it's time to take it easy for a while again. Really don't know what to expect this friday, let's see if today and tomorrow can do some damage control.

Alright people, let's get this moving back in a positive direction. We're not all going to agree on methods, and it is certainly great to debate our views because when it's done in a mature and constructive way we can all learn from each other, but we all have a common goal here. The people who post in this thread have been a huge motivator for me these last couple of months, you have all given me something positive to take away from this competition. You all have your strengths, and I appreciate you for them. Lets keep our goals in mind and lets continue to support and encourage each other through to the end. k? k.
To every one of you: I love you man! (and woman)Hi, I'm Crystal :)

OMG! in the gym this morning, I saw this girl with those exact pair of sneakers you are describing. I seen her there before but not with those sneakers and I kept looking at her sneakers, but she thought I was looking at her..
I wanted to get them for my gf. yeah, we're back together now.
Ahh...and they were VERY pink..with like a black sole..or something but very cute for a girl.
I'll try to post a pic later but gotta head to work. But they were the dope.March 1st -June 1st Weight Loss:
