Hello Crystal,

I red your blog. I understand you. I was many times in situation like yours this morning. Today it is again awful day for me in emotional plan but I know if I am going to eat all junk food I want - it will be worse. I have planned to paint eggs this evening for Easter but I had some stupid troubles and now I am in the bed, alone with the lap-top and feeling so sad and alone. You have to control your emotions or when you have bad times - to fight with yourself. You dont need to go and eat... it is hard of course. That's why the most important thing in this chapter is to change our bad eating habits.

Heart gold is amazing.
I'be upped cals to 2200-2300 been feeling more energized. But still got depression like mad.
Some mornings I wake up and say screw it. But I still go to the gym. And up the Intensity.
But still have that feeling.
Kind of sucks.

I'm a pretty stoic person and don't really get mood swings or depressions, nor am I quickly affected emotionally by nearly anything, which I consider to be a good trait. It helps keep me rational and I never have emotional breakouts causing me to eat or anything.

Anyway; Pull through, keep going, stay motivated. Pain is temporary, glory is eternal.

Thanks everyone about earlier, I haven't eaten anything else today. I will eat something small tonight before bed and I think I will be ok. Damage control. I feel alot better now also and I know what I need to do to deal with the situation. can't wait for the gym tomorrow.

I actually put every emulator from atari to N64 on my Asus Transformer tablet, and was able to sync my PS3 controller to it, so i play the old school classics on there all the time....so much fun!

up until about 3 years ago I had a functional atari with several games.....I loved it, but my son thought I was crazy. He said that the games on phones are better lol

Well you have lost about 10lbs so there IS a diff. maybe you just cant see it.

I like the gaming chat because it's something additional to talk about. It hasn't stopped people from discussing nutrition, and if anything it's another thing to keep conversation flowing. You want to talk sports? I'm there too. My entire life goals are meant to get me to a place where I can work in an MLB front office.

Anyway, all this reminds me that I have to get through my PS2 stack today that I have to play-test for the show. Lots of neat stuff...love the Persona games, man. Lots of J-RPGs. They sell well, even if they are getting worse since the PS2 era ended. Play-testing and listening to baseball on the radio. Oh and holy ****, it's snowing outside. God damn Canada.

Definitely look smaller.

Look at the shoulder area on down and you should see a reduction at least thats where I see the weight loss.

Like Justin said u have lost 10 lbs so ur losing weight from somewhere. It took me a while 2 see differences 2, keep at it.

On a side note - has anyone seen this thread. I literally LOL'd in class, especially on page 5 where the semen discussion starts...

Just, lift progressively heavier. And keep at it.
