Puking/fainting are acceptable in my gym life.
But you better get back up and finish your set.
puke once, your ok. Puke 2 times, alittle iffy. Puke 3 times and I say sit it out :P

This chick is just skinny. I don't see much muscle at all. I bet she can't do pull-ups.

Agree, a runner or model most likely, but I like the message just the same.

Still having some pretty crazy back issues that started two days ago. It happens from time to time - I have had back issues all my life and the weight I have now certain exacerbates it. So I'll take a couple days off and just keep working away at the diet and everything else. 12 business days until my first trade show of the season and so much to do.
(I'd still rather look like that than how I do now)
What-ever. You are going to end up looking MUCH better than that. You are on the right track. It's just a matter of time and you're young enough that the amount of time that it's going to take is very small in relation to the amount of time that you've got left in that body. Just be consistent and patient and keep moving.

i'd hit it haha
anywho, had myself a nice 1900 cal day today, lots and lots and lots of protein, hit the gym hard doin biceps and chest ( a combo i usually never do together ) and got a solid 20 minutes of cardio in while watching the Mets lose (a$$holes), took a shower and weighed myself.... 233.4. This is after eating a HUGE dinner which consisted of 2 servings of veggie pasta, 8oz diced shoulder steak with grilled onions and green peppers, a whole steam fresh bag of broccoli, and a liter of water (i started using that Mio stuff in water since i get bored quickly....and OMFG so good!!!! try out the peach tea....its amazing). When i weigh myself in the AM after taking my morning #2, i should be back into the 220s.
Today I bought new workout pants...the old ones were falling off. The old ones are XXL (20) and the new ones are....drum roll please......L (12-14). Can you believe it?! I've only lost 4 freakin' pounds (for this comp), but there is a huge difference in my body.
Also, saturday when me, hubby and his brother went out I was whining about having to wear my uncomfortable pants (My jeans that had no stretch and were a little tight) because I couldn't find my stretchy jeans, but I put them on and when I pulled them up they slipped right on without me having to unbutton or unzip them. It was like I was wearing sweat pants.

Well, I wouldn't expect you to kick her out of bed for eating crackers...and I thought New Yorkers that root for underdogs are called Mets fans

I feel you, sister! You're about to go through a period of having nothing to wear because all your old clothes are too big and there isn't much sense in buying a bunch of new clothes that'll be too big in a few months too because you AINT DONE YET!
