Honestly an amazing vid. The part where it begins with him playing with his kid is my exact motivation. Couldn't imagine leaving my kid at such a young age. Thanks for this vid adding it to my bookmarks.

Woh great find man. I was once 280 5' 10" and man I came to that point where change needed to happen. Less than a year later i was 180. Thank god i made that decision. Still scary though when I recognize some of those ancient habbits MAN!.
