Zyzz was not a natty no... but look at his freakin results while being on roids! he trained very hard to get that sculpted, what am trying to say is anyone get go scrawny to brawny... you just gotta train hard... Also thanks for the comments brahss I am going to try upload pictures every month I intend to be more shredded and more mass filled every month!
dude i started just like you 6 months ago !
the differance is that i was a n00b for 5 months and just didnt had the propper diet and gained some muscle and some fat on the belly, il post sum pictures ,
the thing is that i wasn't working out as i do now , now im working out with instensity and dedication and mostly cus i found out about zyzz and this guy motivated me to start acting serrious , i was working out like a complete newb .. only using small weights ... but now since 3 weeks im just ripping everyone apart at the gym man i feel like a monster , what do you think ? if i keep working out like that will i reach a good aestetic level in the next 6 months ? in march il start my diet , lots of protein , low carbs , and callories just enough to have energy for the gym.
please as i see u got better results then me , hit me with some advice.
