it's been a year i've been lifting heavy, now ive lost too much muscles.. i've noticed that the left shoulder is different than than the right shoulder and i dont know why really.. it's really devastating cause my clothes aren't fitting well on my deformed shoulder.. i went to the doctor and he said that's an inflammation. He gave me medication for 1 month and it DOESN'T really hurt me at all :/ when i began lifting, both were the same.. now as you can see in the attached picture, they're asymmetrical.. can anyone please tell me if thats a small muscle bigger than the other or it's something in the bones..

Honestly if it doesn't feel any different it's probably bigger than the other. It's natural to have this occur especially if you don't take steps to combat it. My left shoulder is different from my right. My left arm is different from my right. My left is usually more bulky and it's bigger(it's my dominant side) whereas my right is more defined.
