some questions
Hello all again so from starting today i will be bulking up so my height is 183cm and weight is 73,5kg if i bulk up untill 80kg i know that my abs will be lost, but now i got some questions about my nutrition and i hope someone will correct it
1meal.Oatmeal about 100g or abit more maybe like 200g
2.meal (only after 5hours i can eat meal2) salad that containts potatoes, eggs, mayonnaise,cucumber + bsn true mass
3.meal rice
4.meal ( its after workout ) bsn true mass
5.meal Boiled Chicken meat
about 2litres or more water in day so this is my bulking diet
and when im done with bulking i need a good cutting diet so maybe guys if you can, you can write me a cutting diet without any protein powders or maybe whey protein
