so im on babylover's ss for about 3-4 months
my stats:
squat 135----235
bench 95-----170
deadlift 135----290
weight 73kg----83kg
so im gonna do the ss til 15 of march
then i want to cut for the summer because i gained fats
do you think if i do a split like this is good:
day1: chest
day2:back
day3: shoulders and traps
day4: legs
day5: arms
day6: rest
and repeat it
i used to do a 4 days split like this:
day1: chest & tri
day2:back & bi
day3: shoulders & traps
day4: legs
but when i go through a big bodypart like the chest i get exhausted and can't do the triceps good
so i think it's beter to do a 5 days split
i want to say what do u think the exercises i need the most to put in my split?
