    Possible to lose weight without a gym?

    1 year later of not working out and eating wrong I'm 25lbs overweight and I feel like a fat slob.

    I have no access to a gym, so anything I do has to be in my apartment. I have a 20lb kettlebell and some cords.. Is such a thing even possible?

    Yes.

    I've broken so many bones and damn near killed myself that I wasn't able to use gyms before. There are a million things you can do with just the kettle bell. Look up workouts and spend 20-30 minutes every day busting your ass.

    edit: I've also spent time in Africa and there weren't gyms to use there either.

    I walked 45 miles in -45f with 18 feet of snow beneath my feet. Midway I fell in and had to dig my way to the gym doors with my shaker cup. It took me 2 days I lost 25lb in water weight but I got there.

    I had success with losing weight, without even stepping into a gym for 6 months.

    Of course doing body weight exercises are going to help you burn more calories.

    Alright bro, I lost 15kg in 2 months. Takes discipline. First, drink A LOT of water. I can't emphasise this enough. I usually ate little during the day. Defs no fast food and junk food. I started the hundred push up challenge (look it up). Team it up with two hundred sit ups and an app called skimble and you will be heading somewhere. All of these are iPhone apps. I dunno how I did it.. did it without professional help. Lot of sport. Basically the cut the crap from your diet, water, and exercise. It is as easy as that. And have a goal in mind

    This book = win, it's based around zero equipment and just using your bodyweight.

    I really hate the complete glossing over of form though, especially on squats... anything you take from the book, you should research the form independently.
