    Creatine Monohydrate vs Kre-Alkalyn

Hey guys. Which creatine do you find is better during a bulk: creatine monohydrate/micronized creatine, or kre-alkalyn? I've been taking caps of purple-k kre-alkalyn for the past 2 months and I've seen significant mass gains, but no strength gains (my deadlifts are the same and bench only went up by 10lbs). I know, weird right?

Also, I'm gonna look into this, but I honestly believe purple k fights asthma. I think the additional stores of creatine supplement the body's ATP to prevent airway constriction. After a week of taking it, I found I no longer needed to take my inhaler, and could run forever without heavy breathing. It was definitely more than just improved endurance.

I'm not sure if its the purple k thats fighting your asthma, it might just be more exercise allowing you to breath a little easier, Kre-Alk isn't necessarily any better than mono despite the whole "buffered" claim.

The only difference is that the Krealkalyn is buffered so it is easier on your stomach. I would say if you get GI issues from CM use Kre if not stay with CM>

Creatine nitrate was decent and I usually stick to kre-alkalyn since mono sometimes gave me gastric issues, and I felt like effects were a bit more pronounced. But, if you don't have the gastric issues then mono is fine, it's cheap and has been proven to be effective
