I've tried many different types of fat burners in the past and haven't really found anything I've been too impressed with. I guess I have difficulty remembering to take the pills throughout the day. Anyways I'd like to try a pre workout but am lost! I'm not sure what I should be looking for and what it's going to do for me. My workouts consist of weights for 45 mins and cardio for 30. Once a week I do 60 minutes of cardio and no weights. My goal is to have a strong and lean body. Any product recommendations would be greatly appreciated. P.S I don't have any sensitivities to stimulants.

preworkout for men could be applied to women so it's all the same, but for me I got my ex a tub of white flood as it's a nice clean energy type feel and she loved it, but she didn't love me enough to stay with me though but that's for another story lol

There is no reason to look for anything different in terms of a preworkout when you are female
Obviously you may want to start with 1/2 servings due to a difference in body size, but so long as you get something that isn't absolutely ridiculous in terms of stimulants then you shouldnt have an issue.
Check out ErgoPump NMT, it only has 175mg of caffeine per scoop and with the NMT in there it really gives an awesome and unique focus to your workouts
