    whey protein making me sick

    I started taking gold standard 100% whey. I take it with milk. It always gives me stomach pains and makes me nauseous. Tonight I took it on an empty stomach after my workout and it made me throw up. What's going on. What should I do? Any advice will help. Thanks

    You might have an issue with t he milk...i use gold with water or milk or even both.. i personally wouldnt drink milk before a workout.
