So is there any precise/accurate way to determine body fat percentage? Right now I am guessing I am hovering around 13-14%(one of those lucky bastards with a high metab) just want to keep enough fat to allow muscle growth

Aside from hydrostatic weighing (which can be expensive and impractical to repeat frequently enough to track changes), there are two other methods that are somewhat reliable...
1)guesstimations from pics (some people are very bad at this), or
2) http://www.healthyforms.com/helpful-...percentage.php <---- I've found this to be fairly accurate for the non-obese and much more convenient than having to average all the guesstimations.
