I don't know if this falls into the category but I heard prostate isn't kept healthy if constant pressure is done on it, I heard it is one of issues for many bikers. Not sure if the pressure from heavy military press puts many pressure on prostate, but according to my personal experience, I think it does, if I sit straight on the bench instead of sitting like inclined bench manner (I can feel the pressure around my prostate if I am sitting vertically with heavy military press)

Why? Big deal, it's sweat. Most people sweat when they lift. He trains almost everyday, so you're saying he should only have black gym clothes?

Wear what you want bro. Seriously if your big, people are gonna know it no matter what you wear. Dex may be one of the smaller pros, but he is still big. And it shows no matter what he wears.

He had a pretty huge Muscletech contract until recently. I believe he's promoting Six Star now?

Good to see Dex still lifting heavy at his age.
It's the diet, training and sleeping on a regular consistent basis that makes a champion.

What does this mean? He still controlled the 75/80s really well.
Dex has good form. Anybody know the weight of his heaviest set on DB Incline?

I like a humble Dexter a lot. I hope he does very well at the AC this year.

Dex looking pretty strong for 18 days out. All covered up too. Maybe hiding some ultra-diced cuts??? Would be stoked if Dex came in 100% on for the AC, just to mix things up that little bit more...

I think that they should just say, “Hey, if you guys don’t talk, you have to see Hercules In New York.” I guarantee those guys would talk much faster. You don’t need to do waterboarding or anything else. That’s the ultimate threat.''

Dex is a beast, good vid OP
question... what the heck is this?! Never seen a flat bench like that before - does it serve a different purpose with an arch like that?! Sorry if that's an ignorant question

Dex was the first BB'r I've ever seen in person.
He does very well. He's been very good with his money. He's also won the AC before and that pays pretty damn well lol.
When I first saw him, it was right before he won the AC in 2006. He did a promo at a Vitamin Shoppe near my gym. Afterwards, he came to my gym to workout. I actually worked out with him and spotted him on a few exercises. He's got a reputation of being really short with people. Seemed pretty cool to us. He has very good form and works out very meticulously.
