    Dealing with injury

    Due to preacher curls i have encounted a tfcc cartlige tear in my wrist leading to weaker wrists and having to live with pain i can`t get surgury due to work and not sure that will fix it. anyone else out there that lives with pain that still pushes through it at the gym?

    Yeah lower back problems, i have had it the 8 months i been lifting.

    To tell you the truth you should find another job and fix your wrist. Health comes first.

    that sucks man i was having tension in my wrist from heavy bench press.. start lifting with wrist straps that will hold your wrist in place

    Depending on the severity of the tear, you can try wrist braces for support and avoid all exercises that are painful.

    I dealt with wrist pain this for months and was still able to work each bodypart weekly with modified versions of each exercise....
