First I know this has probably been asked a million times but I can't seem to find it.
I’m on the final 35days of my cut and was wondering if I should switch to a
upper/cardio/lower/cardio/full body/cardio/rest
or
Body splits followed by 30-45 min of cardio
Just want that last 5-7lbs gone without losing to much mass. All the routines I’ve been doing lately are off of this site as are the ones above just not written detail.
Diet is 40/40/20 with 500 cal deficient off of maintain cal's
5'11 190. always been lifting never cut before.
be gentle this is my first post. LOL

If the lifting routine has been and still is working, which basically means you're just able to hold onto your strength/muscle on your cut, then you shouldn't change to try something different.
If you've stopped losing fat it's a matter of calories. You either need to cut more calories (food) or burn more calories (cardio, etc). My preference at lower body fat levels is to to a little of both, but as long as you aren't already going overboard on the cardio, either will work.Meet Best: 220/125/260 kg for a 384 Wilks IPF Nov 2018.
