Full body vs body split followed by cardio for cutting?

First I know this has probably been asked a million times but I can't seem to find it.

I’m on the final 35days of my cut and was wondering if I should switch to a

    upper/cardio/lower/cardio/full body/cardio/rest
    or
Body splits followed by 30-45 min of cardio

Just want that last 5-7lbs gone without losing to much mass. All the routines I’ve been doing lately are off of this site as are the ones above just not written detail.

Diet is 40/40/20 with 500 cal deficient off of maintain cal's
5'11 190. always been lifting never cut before.

be gentle this is my first post. LOL

the cardio won't help to preserve any muscle
you could probably use more healthy fats
if you current routine is working, there's no reason to change
    Goals:

    1.5 bw Bench
    2.0+ bw Squat
    2.5 bw Deadlift
    Gain 20 lbs

Good point.. Just looking for something different. The fat loss has slowed down a bit probably cause I’m hitting that 12-13% range. I was thinking of switching it up.

If the lifting routine has been and still is working, which basically means you're just able to hold onto your strength/muscle on your cut, then you shouldn't change to try something different.

If you've stopped losing fat it's a matter of calories. You either need to cut more calories (food) or burn more calories (cardio, etc). My preference at lower body fat levels is to to a little of both, but as long as you aren't already going overboard on the cardio, either will work.

the reason your fat loss slowed down is because the 500 calorie deficit you started with is now probably only a 200 calorie deficit.

with weight loss comes the need to adjust your diet even further.

You should reassess your daily calorie intake. You most likely need to eat less cals now that you've lost weight since the last time you've figured it out
