Alright a couple weeks ago at work a co-worker said he saw a study or article somewhere that stated Diet Mountain Dew was far worse for you then any other diet soda out there. He didn't really state why or who did the study though.
I was searching around for this study/article but couldn't find anything. So I'm asking you guys if any of you have seen this?
Thanks

there was an article on yahoo news like back in december. I remember because i was drinking a diet dew at a christmas party for work win early december and someone said "didn't you see that article"? It had to do with some chemicals in diet dew that are not in other diet sodas. To be honest I don't remember most of the article but the main point was about some weird chemicals in dew not in others.

I drink them. Burden is on him to produce evidence of it being worse. Moderation and common sense though will go a long way.

Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.
