cellmass post workout before protein

Jack3d doesn't have that much creatine in it so taking the Cellmass wouldn't be a problem. I believe Cellmass' directions recommend waiting twenty minutes after taking before having protein. There's nothing wrong with taking Cellmass pre-workout. It's primarily a creatine product.

Did the guy at GNC tell you that? I haven't heard any good things about the GNC-branded supplements. I read somewhere that they are usually just discontinued MetRx blends and are far inferior to many other cheaper products.
I'd just go for the Cellmass if those are your options. There are plenty of better post-workout supplements out there. Re-Con by MusclePharm, for example."Above all, we must realize that no arsenal, or no weapon in the arsenals of the world, is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women.
