What do you guys doing keto do in the morning before the gym? I wake up at 5 and start my workout at 6 but idk if I should be working out with something in my stomach or workout on an empty stomach?

i take 2 caffeine pills and some Xtend for bcaa's.

whatever works best for you man, you wont waste away and lose all your muscle if you do fasted workouts like a lot of people on some of these boards would like you believe.
I do it leangains style and do it fasted, except i do have caffeine and 5-10G of BCAA before.
I know what you mean by the passing out feeling, once i was doing deadlifts fasted and it was like somone had just stook a suringe on me and sucked ALL the energy out of me, i had to drop the weight and grab onto the wall. But i just rested a few minutes and carried on, i have never had anything like that happen to me since.
If you dont like fasted training then by all means have somthing to eat pre-workout.
