LA Shiitness doesn't have 'em, and they make my lower back feel like I'm running on clouds.

Additionally, the music in my lifting playlist is getting quite old. It's mostly Rage against the Machine, Metallica, Tool, The Misfits, and Audioslave. What do y'all listen to in order to get amped up for fuucking shiit up?

Can't help you with a belt.

Foam rollers - get the extra-firm one and just work with that one. It might kind of hurt at first til you get used to it because there no give; but judging from how you carry yourself, I don't think that would be an issue. The soft ones kind of tear up over time and really don't give the same effect to me.

Was it pricey? kinda. Was it needed? Maybe not. Am I extremely happy with my purchase? Yes.

As for music, it depends on what genres you like. Between the buried and me if you're into metal. Pastory troy usually gets me pretty amped for heavy deads and ****. Lil wayne's sorry for the wait mixtape has some decent amped up **** on it.
