Are you SERIOUS? Kai in prejudging was probably one of the most conditioned guys I have seen on a bodybuilding stage. Simply jaw dropping. He out-conditioned Phil, but I do think both of them look great, though now looking back, I think Kai should have won.Originally Posted by l2ambo

I think Heath could be in some trouble this year maaaaaaaaaaybe, last year Kai came in shredded and almost TOO light and arguably was as good as Heath if not better in some people opinions ( I think they were basically a tie ). Now in recent video's posings Kai is VERY lean and bigger than we have seen him in a while. I'm thinking Farah is going to bring him in bigger and possibly just as lean as last year and if that is the case then Phil Heath is going to have to bring something better then we have EVER seen from him to beat that kind of Kai Greene.

Politics is huge in the judging.
There is also so legit competition for him. And he is a lot older than Heath so Kai will likely start to decline before Heath does.
iI like kai.........but they like to choose a good enough role model to be Mr. O. ................and that grapefruit stuff is not anything the IFBB want deal with

Look at these guys, if either of them bring even slight improvments we're talking about all-time great type of physiques ( not GOAT but some of the best physiques to ever grace a stage ) In that pic/pose alone, Not even flex or 2009 Jay (wasn't known for his bdb but he definitely won it that year) could have beaten these guys, neither Cormier, Levrone or Ray either. Not even my guy Victor Martinez. Good time to be a bb fan !
