    Cardio on Rest week>

    this week is my rest week and I hate it so much, i really wanna do something but I cant since I've been overtraining, I wanna do cardio at least..
    So I was wondering If I can still do Cardio?
    Running/Bike/Swim?
    anyone help me out? I dont want to continue overtraining.
    And how long should I rest for people tell me 1-2 weeks some say 2-3 weeks. so confusing.

    I think cardio would be fine. Just don't go all crazy with it. Hence the reason it's called rest week. When I rest, I stick to walking my dog and light jogging (around 10-15min).
