Today is high carb day on my cut....so I get to each a bunch of good stuff.
Got an early workout and had my PWO shake.
8oz apple Juice
1/2c oatmeal
90g banana
90g strawberry
1.5 scoops whey
Blend.........MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM good.
45 min later followed up with 2oz (dry) of pasta along with 3/4c sauce and 4oz of 93/7 ground beef.
Tonight saved room for 3/4 cup icecream too! Cutting aint too bad!RAW lifts

right now - cheez it duos lol (smoked cheddar and monterey jack). it's a prelude to a protein pancake with sugar-free maple syrup and a cup of coffee. I'm hungry now tho lol and teh cheez its were the closest thing to eat next to gnawing off my own arm.
