    Eat stop eat on keto

Been looking at IF and some other fasting techniques and I came across this eat stop eat plan, basically 1 or 2 24 hour fasts during the week to create your deficit, I was thinking if my body is in ketosis a 24 hour fast could be very good to drop fat faster if done once a week? Opinions good or bad please people, thinking about doing that aswell as a 300 cal daily deficit?

IMO i do not support it on days you exercise because you will lose more muscle.

why not fast for 18 hours and eat/ workout during the 6 hours?

I am doing that and things seem to be working out ok.

Even on my rest day I lower the calories but only eat inside a 6 hour window.

    not true^^^^^^^^
you release growth hormone which prevents this.
    Have you read the book?
also do it whenever feels best for you , i personally love fasted training, (well i have 5g bcaa before) i have better lifts. but if you prefer to lift on non fasting days then do that.
for extra info i would highly reccomend www.leangains.com

Yeah lean gains works, I've mixed it with keto diets before. Fasting for more than 16hrs is a chore and takes away a lot of my energy.
    Weight- 145
    Overhead Press- 160
    Squat- 305
    Bench- 250

Packing all my calories into 6 hours every day is quite difficult at the moment as I work 12+ hours a day, I haven't read the book yet, i think I could get through a 24 hour fast, drinking tons of water, thanks for the feedback guys!
