    CLA and l-carnitine

    I was in GNC today looking for PB2(which I can't find anywhere still) and the salesguy tried to sell me Ab Cuts and Be Active vitamin packs. I didnt purchase anything but I am now researching CLA and l-carnitine. Has anyone ever tried either one of these supplements and found them to be effective? I am curious and not sure what to buy!

    PB2 is great and can be bought online ( I think they have there own site) I would just google "PB2" .

    I personally do think that CLA and L-carnintie work great. I have been taking both supplements on and off ( depending on my goals and where I am at in my training) for about a year now and do feel positive effects from both. As well as I have seen positive effects with clients of mine and friends who also train hard and/or compete. Best of luck to you!
