Remarks
Not overly excited nor disappointed about this workout. I would have really liked to lock out that 6th rep with 150 for bench, and that 5th rep with 115 for CGBP, but oh well. Like I mentioned above, I'll probably be subbing weighted dips in for CGBP my next cycle using BBB template, and will otherwise only do one other accessory, likely incline chest movement of some sort.
I'm glad to be on track with the whole diet thing now. I've got my priorities straight and I don't plan to be deterred any more. It feels good to be losing the weight again; I can't wait to hit sub 180!
Also, I'd just like to note something about ErgoPump, the pre-WO I took today...SHIIT IS TASTEY MAYNE! Cotdamn! I have a 15-serving tub of fruit punch that I won and although it doesn't smell good, it tastes fantastic. It contains 175mg of caffeine per scoop, and I went ahead and took two scoops. I was energized with clean energy, and my focus was very good. I also had a very good pump on compared to usual; like I literally was nervous to flex my chest completely because I thought I was going to pop. I can't wait to write a review on this stuff; definitely top marks from me.
I'm not sure if I'll be doing my squats tomorrow or what, but stay tuned for the decision. My friend is coming up and is on his bench day, so I may just go do some very light movements and cardio just to get in the gym, but I'm also tempted to squat. Hrrrrmmmm.
Also, found out today that I made Dean's List for first semester .

Remarks
This is likely the best squat session I've ever had. Despite the warm up sets being subpar and very uncomfortable, mostly due to a very tight and sore lower back, I was able to fix my form for the 220x3+ set and power through 5 slow, hard reps, all of which were to depth and without GMing. Not to mention they were belt-less; needless to say, I'm very happy with these . Can't wait to get my Inzer and put up some really good weight .
Linear progress continues with fronts with 125x5x3, up from 120x5x3 from last week. My friend came up from home to lift again and convinced me to do a set of 135 at the end. I was only going to do 3 reps, but I was just too pumped so I knocked out 5, and quite honestly think I could have done probably 8.
Rack pulls on the other hand are heavy as fuark. I feel as though I'm on a one-way track to Snap City . I really need to become more explosive with these though, so here's a proposal..Should I drop the weight to where I can complete all reps explosively, then follow some sort of progression on them through a different program?
For the RDL's I could have definitely hit more than 5 reps, but I figure I didn't want to overdue anything.
I used ErgoPump again today, but mixed it with Sprite Zero this time. It tasted absolutely fantastic, but I definitely took it too early, so the initial energy hit me in my friend's car on the way to the gym, then we foam rolled and stretched for 20 minutes, so it was just solid energy at that point onward. Still good, but I'd like to take it so the energy hits me right before the main lift.

Don't worry about rack pulls feeling slow. When you're using more weigh than your DL, they're a bitch to get moving and it's a slow grind to lock them out.
