Hi,
I recently bought a home gym (Home gym Deluxe, picture bellow). I want to excercise as a hobby while also losing some weight/ gaining muscle. I would train 3 days a week, the other 4 i either walk/run/cycle. Can someone make a play for me/link a good plan for a home gym machine. It would be nice if it also included warm-up excercises and detailed instructions for each weight lift excercise (how many repeats/sets, how it is done correctly, how much weight should i lift etc.).I am a beginner, so I dont know much about it. I will really appriciate any help. If you need any more info, comment under the thread.
