    Just Started Actually Working On My Back So Tell Me What I Need To Add To This:


    3 SETS OF DEADLIFT 4-6 REPS

    3 SETS OF SEATED CABLE ROW 8-12 REPS

    2 SETS OF UNILATERAL ONE-ARM DUMBELL ROWS - 6-8 REPS
