Time to cut, bulked from 140lbs to 160lbs since august 2012.
Want to gain strength while cutting so will do Madcows 5x5

Starting workout tomorrow.
Current maintenence is 2400 calories.
Total today: 2000 approx
Had some whey, milk, meat and rice.
Roughly 150g protein.
Will increase protein.
