Dexter Jackson had an amazing year last year and is poised to be this years Arnold Classic winner unless Ced steps up to the plate but my question is after placing forth at the Olympia, winning the Masters & what looks to be another great year ahead why does he not have a sponsor or am i unaware?
I mean the guys been top 6 at the Olympia since 2002 as well as a former well deserved Olympia winner why is he not sponsored if so or better represented if he is?
& before you say he ball so hard he don't need one, if you've ever watched Becoming Number 13 DVD he states that a big factor to why he still competes is the pursuit of a fatter wallet, among a passion for it.

yea but Freeman, James, & even Cutler who many believe is on his way out have sponsors, and the first two don't have a track record near as good as Jackson's.
On top of that you have James who is and has been well exposed with gym pics and hosting gigs, Freeman who just joined Probiotica i think and we have endless bathroom pics of & Cutler who of course is well represented by MD as well as BPI,
but we rarely have Dexter shots or news i mean is he even signed to Flex or MD?
& he's not on six star pro nutrition's athlete page.

It usually gets overlooked, but Dexter is very business savvy in his own right. I was listening to an interview he did on PBW, just before the Master's Olympia, and they mentioned he's currently promoting 4 NPC contests. I'm assuming they're all national qualifiers, and those usually get good turnouts. Plus, when you factor in the new physique divisions, you can easily see how the money accumulates from just the entry fee.
If he's been wise with his income, I don't think he's hurting for cash considering all the prize money he's won throughout his career, apart from previous sponsorships. I agree that any company would benefit from working with him, but it's not like he needs it to stay in the game. Also, I should add, I'm assuming there aren't any ex-wives or child support payments to handle.Last edited by patbanya; 01-09-2013 at 01:45 AM.

Yeah, I think he also broke the record for most contests won in a single year when he won the Olympia, but can't quite remember. It was in Flex magazine or PBW, I forget which. At any rate, I feel like he's finally getting more credit these days because you just can't ignore that type of competition history forever, not to mention his great physique.
