Did some conditioning:
Ran my yardstick shuttle in 388 seconds
Ran some other shuttles, calisthenics & agility work. Total about 35 minutes. Ran barefoot and the ground was muddy from 4 days of on/off rain, so I was slip-sliding everywhere.
