    Teen Leg Workout

    I completed my upper body work out this morning and got a PR on bench and incline!! Tomorow Im going in and dont know if I should deadlift or powerclean? Which is more important?

    neither are really aimed at the legs primarily?

    Deadlifts are compound and V. important obviously, but the most important exercsie for legs is the squat, hit that shiz up breh.

    I do heavy squatting, do 4 sets of leg press and do weighted lunges. for hamstrings, do the hamstring curls or whatever you call them or stiff-legged deadlifts. even regular deadlifts work your hamstring pretty well but i'd save your energy for back day. lunges are great for your buns and hamstrings too.
