through my experience i have concluded that this is how lifting and women (and everything else) is tied together

-dude takes up lifting for whatever reason, in this example we'll say because he wants to look jacked believing he will pull girls

-as time goes on, dude gets jacked, feels CONFIDENT IN HIMSELF, develops more outgoing, sociable, charismatic traits, takes better care of himself (hygiene) etc

-other guys will notice that the dude is jacked and ACKNOWLEDGE this

-and finally, girls notice everything above, especially how even other guys think the dude is better than them, this makes girls think, "****, this guy must be some really hot stuff, i gotta have him" and increase his desirability

in other words, taking up lifting is almost a placebo in itself
