I'd just tell you to keep it basic, and for the most part keep your leg straight. Straight legs calf work i.e smithpress or legpress calf raises work mainly the gastroc which is more visible than the soleus, worked by anything where your leg is bent. But yeah keep it simple, I just do standing calf raises 5x8 and then a drop set and thats it, twice a week and i'm done. my calf measurement has only gone up like .5 inches in 2 months but it looks like a lot more

pointing your toes in different angles will help. Start out straight, then inward, then outward.
calves are very used to being worked because you use them all day. I say just keep hitting them hard, with variations and you will gain mass149.1 LBS
5 feet 10 inches
12% body fat
13 years old
144395 point(s) total
seriously who keeps changing my sig?

calve training is not has hard has most people think to be honest ,
it's really simple becuase you are on yuor feet all day long your calves need to be trained differnet to say delts just for example
james flex lewis has a training method called hybrid training their vid of it on the fit show it's really good watch.
rite keep rep range from 15- 50 reps with med weight
heavy weigh go upto 15 reps
rite the main moves to do my friend are
standing calve raise but the most important i would say is seaten calve raise much sure the calve muscles becuase their 3 differnet muscle in calve get a really good strect before you train them in between sets and well training them.
for examle
seaten calve raise 20 reps
standing calve raise on block high reps
calve press
repeat 3 times
if you need any more times about calve training give me a pm i will be more then happy to help you out matey
