I would say don't spam. In my own experience I signed up for an account on a forum and made like 10 posts within 2 minutes and the forum admin gave me a shiiit rating which fcuked everything up. I can't answer your question as to why the others are getting banned.

Low points or negative points means you wont be able to earn points/money or you will only earn very little. It's not worth it to sign up for a low point or negative point forum.
