Going to be seeing big things from Ben this year. I was fortunate enough to be at the ALLMAX Booth with him all weekend at the Arnold. Super cool guy.
He has improved so much over the years, cannot wait to see his back and arms improved. He will be doing A LOT of damage on the pro stagesType 1 Diabetic - Since age 15

That's just going to take a while because of genetics. The reason I love his method ( haven't tried it yet but you can search for the free ebook, mi40. Read it it's awesome) is because for the FIRST time there's an ifbb pro that actually has a post grad masters in biomechanics. I mean he uses actual documented principles like time under tension correlating most with hypertrophy. I really think he will bring up his body further than we would think regular heavy weight and loads of volume training would. If you read the ebook you WILL Want to try out intentions, which is so cool because it's so unorthodox. Also it's a really safe way to train

Cheers for the link Davis. Got no sound on the work comp but Ben's looking good. Sounding like a parrot here but if he brings up his back then let the good times roll....
''There’s this battle over waterboarding at places like Guantanamo Bay. I think that they should just say, “Hey, if you guys don’t talk, you have to see Hercules In New York.” I guarantee those guys would talk much faster. You don’t need to do waterboarding or anything else. That’s the ultimate threat.''
