Roelly has the sickest triceps I've ever seen. Your in much, much, better shape than me and your doing great but looking objectively I think your upper chest is your weak spot and youd look much more impressive if you worked the incline bench press more. Your back is sick as fukk tho. Your legs too.

i'm fully aware of my flaws, but they're pretty stubborn no matter how hard i hit them... gotta push through i guess
