Core strength, human flag poles etc.?
To be able to do things like human flag poles, planche pushups and other stuff that requires insane ab strength would it be better to do dynamic ab exercises like crunches etc. or more static like planks?

This is a pretty lame goal IMO, the only guys I've seen who can flagpole look like holocaust survivors. Is that really what you want?
Gonna get 99 Strength, Attack, Defence, Hitpoints and Agility IRL brah.

Lol, this was actually one of my goals a while back.. Basically when I started training.. I got it, I can hold it for 15 or so seconds (last time i checked).
I never did any specific training for it since i was new to lifting, and had no idea what to do...
But you can look on youtube for guides on how to progress in them.

Congrats, But I stand by my statement that most of the guys flagpoling aren't that strong, Most are just light with chicken legs.

Wrong I'm afraid, because my legs are pretty heavy. I find it all depends on your core, you're shoulders, you're forearms and you're technique.. I was doing them so much I had to stop, really ****ed up my elbow :/
