Hey guys im looking for peoples opinion on my everyday routine. First off im 23 and im 6'1 and weigh 210lbs. My work out days are Mon-Fri due to work scheduling I work 2 jobs. So every morning I wake up at 5:45 and take a shower and then eat breakfast which usually consist of 4-6 eggs scrambled. After I eat I take my optimen vitamin and omega fish oil. Then I take my preworkout(san launch4350) and add 5mg of optimum creatine. Then I head to the gym usually getting there around 6:30. Mondays: Back and Bi, Tuesday: cardio, wed: chest and Tris, thur: cardio, and friday: legs and abs. Then after my workouts I take a protein shake with another 5mg of optimum creatine. Then around 8 I have a little healthy snack. I usually take my lunch breaks around 1 or 2 and have a 6 inch turkey sub from subway, and for dinner I usually eat around 5-6 and have a beef or chicken stir fry, or rice. And I usually sleep around 11pm I know it's not a lot of sleep but my work schedule is messed up. Im just looking for some advice and seeing if my plan will be a success.
