its an ingredient compromised of 3 fatty acid synthase inhibitors. camellia sinensis extract, Tuber Fleeceflower extract, and Chinese mistletoe extract. The blend assists witht the body's fat burning process and also helps suppress your appetite while keeping you in a good mode. we all know we can get a bit cranky while dieting, lol, at least i know i do!

Haha honestly bro I do too much cardio. I really want a 6 pack bad.
I lift for about 2 hours. Go get a protein shake. Hit cardio on treadmill or elliptical for 20 mins, then hit abs, then play racquetball for about 2-5 hours depends on who's there!

Racquetball is the most intense cardio ever if u really play someone good. All the cardio I do is the reason I have seen such great progress recently.

I was planning to start a cut in the next couple of days with D4 being one of the staples of it. I guess i should hold off on the D4 for the super HD.

I'm just curious though - i run really hot (core temperature)while on D4 by the 6th week of being on a 8 week cycle of D4 i would have to come off of it b/c of how hot i would get, which caused serious sleeping issues by the end of it. Should i expect the same thermo effect? more/less?

the thermo effects shouldnt be as intense as the D4. we know that alot of people complained about the thermogenic effects, so thats def. something we took into consideration with HD! you should barely notice it actually, and im talking from experience, haha. didn't really feel over heated on it or anything!

I'm finding, and I am super critical, is that the capsimax about 3-4 hours later starts to warm up my stomach/torso. Its actually kind of nice, I actually think stacking D4+T7 was the only stack that caused me to lose sleep. Pre-workouts are much more of a culprit in my book for losing sleep, lol.

For sleep I suggest ZMA + passionflower + Melatonin or Anti-Histamine sleep aid, whichever is prefered. I also have used valerian, hops ( yes the fermented kind too! lol), etc..

Sleep is huge, especially if people want stimulants to stay effective.

Hey @MikeCellucor...I'm receiving a bottle of this from your guys' Twitter giveaway for voting for Cellucor in the Shorty Awards. My question is this: To help maintain my strength/muscle while on a cut, can I take 1-2 Super HD in the AM (I wake up at 12:30AM for work), then C4 preworkout(10:00 AM), or do you suggest one Super HD when I get up and another HD preworkout instead of the C4?
