    im planning on buying a new stack. do you guys know which supplements are anti ketogenic?

    Just stay away from sugars/carbs.

    Keto-friendly:
    Cinnamon Verum is actually helpful
    Most protein powders (check label) Trutein is great
    Many pre-workout drinks, there are some that use sugar (check label), I use White Flood and Hemavol
    Vitamins, Fish Oil, Creatine
    Most Herbals (joint complexes, antioxidant complexes, Liver Support, etc)
    DAA, Agmatine
    Test boosters - I've used Triazole, and Prometheus Rising with no problems.

    just lots and lots of omega-3 and GLA (borage oil), zinc, glutamine, alpha-lipoic acid, curcumin, and cinnamon.
    Weight- 145
    Overhead Press- 160
    Squat- 305
    Bench- 250
    Deadlift- 395

    Huh. I don't even know what a couple of those are but I do know that most of that list is fine for keto.
