I just re-injured my groin squatting. I pulled the adductor 2 months ago and only stopped squats and leg press for about 2 weeks.
I have come to the conclusion that I can't be trusted to decide when to start squatting again based my symptoms.
I am planning to take 2.5 months off squats, lunges and leg press, and maybe start some light rehab exercises after the first few weeks.
Anyone with history of a groin pull have suggestions?
