    *My Journey to Hell and back!*

    First of another Thank you to the Animal Team for this amazing programme cannot wait to get started on this programme its going to be hell for sure. Im going to be starting this journey alone for the time being im trying to recrute a friend to do it with me but not sure if he has the "ANIMAL" inside him to do it hehe. Im going to start the programme from 20/02/12, as still waiting for some supplements etc to come through . I will be posting up starting pictures soon so i can check my progress as the weeks go by. Ill be posting my workouts on here showing weights used etc. Cannot Wait to get on this and start training.

    My goal from this hell raiser training is to reach the next level in my training and put on some good mass.

    Hell raiser training started today with workout one shoulders and arms, training went well insane pumps specially on reverse barbel curls!

    Seated Front Press
    3 warm ups 66pound - 8 reps
    2 sets 100pound - 8 reps + 4 - 5 second negatives

    Dumbbell side Raises
    3 warm ups 15pounds - 8reps
    2 sets 18pounds- 8 reps + 6 - 5 second negatives

    Barbell Front Raises
    2 warm ups- 8reps - 18 pounds
    2 sets 18pounds - 8reps + 6 - 5 second negatives

    Barbell Curls
    3 warm ups 8 reps - 33 pounds
    2 sets - 44 pounds - 8 reps + 6,5second negative

    Reverse Barbell Curl

    Had to skip out legs this week as have got a knee injury which is a pain in the ass as was looking forward to legs love the pump from leg work outs but oh well decided to hit chest and tris was feeling ready for the gym today.

    Decline DB Press
    3 warm ups 58 pounds 6 reps
    2 sets 58pound - 8 reps + 4 - 5 second negatives

    Bench Press
    3 warm ups 100 - 140 pounds - 8reps
    2 sets 140 pounds- 8 reps + 6 - 5 second negatives

    (Usually use DB as my shoulder does not agree with barbel, but DB,s where being used so bench press it was )

    Incline DB Press

    Skull Crushers
    3 warm ups 8 reps - 35 - 48 pounds

    Felt like a great workout today apart from the skullcrushers felt they were putting to much tension on my elbow joint may be because of form or just me im not sure? is there any excersise i can swap for this instead if it feels the same next week?

    Todays workout was killer love working out back probably favorite part haha, Ok so here is how it went.

    Wide Grip Pull Ups
    3 warm ups 70 - 100 pound - 8 reps
    2 sets 100pound - 8 reps + 6 - 5 second negatives

    T-Bar
    3 warm ups from bar - 120 pounds - 8reps
    2 sets 120 pounds- 8 reps + 6 - 5 second negatives

    Narrow Grip Pull Downs
    3 warm ups- 8reps - 70 - 115 pounds
    2 sets 115pounds - 8reps + 6 - 5 second negatives

    r Bent Laterals
    3 warm ups 8 reps - 10 pounds
    2 sets - 13 pounds - 8 reps + 6,5second negative

    Calf Extensions
    2 warm ups - 8reps - 132 - 180 pounds
    2 sets - 8reps + 6, 5 second negatives - 180 pounds

    Bicep Curl
    2 warm ups - 8 reps - 60- 70 pound
    2 Sets - 8 reps +6,5 second negatives - 70 pound

    Felt this workout went really well today added in some bicep as felt pumped and felt that they needed to be worked aswell. T-Bar rows have to be my favorite feel the pump on these like no other exercise.

    I want be updating this log until the 26.02.12 as going to travel to see a friend of mine so training will be cut loose for the rest of this week will still get some cardio sesions in but missing legs this week peace out see you on sunday

    Chest and tri's was one of the most intimidating days for me at first. This is because i HATE lowering weight on my bench, which is what I had to do at first in order to get the full 8+4 with good form. But in HRT it's not about poundages, its about getting that form right and doing the work to make your guns/pecs grow. Go kill it bro.

    Shoulders and Biceps

    Its the second week of hell raiser training so far so good its beating my expectations of what i thought it was going to be like. For example the workout DOMS you get are crazy, i feel pumped after each workout like never before!
    Ok so today was shoulders and arms which went really well much better than the first session got good form on alll the moves felt the pump/burn on each excersise was a great workout!

    Seated Front Press
    3 warm ups from 22 - 88pound - 8 reps
    2 sets 88pound - 8 reps + 6 - 5 second negatives

    Dumbbell side Raises
    1 warm ups 15pounds - 8reps
    2 sets 18pounds- 8 reps + 6 - 5 second negatives

    Barbell Front Raises
    2 warm ups- 8reps - 22 pounds
    2 sets 22 pounds - 8reps + 6 - 5 second negatives

    EZ - Bar Curls
    3 warm ups 8 reps - 22- 44 pounds
    2 sets - 44 pounds - 8 reps + 6,5second negative

    Reverse Barbell Curl
    2 warm ups - 8reps - 22- 34 pounds
    2 sets - 8reps + 6, 5 second negatives - 34 pounds

    Reverse wrist curl (Bar)

    Great workout kept most of the poundages the same some i changed from last workout such as the shoulder press left the ego at the door this time as wanted to get good form.

    Nutrition is going well so far keeping up to date with my macros getting in the right amount of carbs protein etc just costly but will be worth it in the long run.

    Great 3 pound loss in the first week may have been due to the crap i have cut out my diet. Hopefully the weight will drop again roughly 2 pounds a week to get my goal after 12 week !

    So far so good still feeling pumped for each session just love the workouts and the moves incorporated in this programme. Just looking forward to the gains Heres how the workout went this week.

    Leg press

    This has to be the best Leg workout i have ever done the leg extensions i thought my leg was going to pop from the amount of pump i was getting lol. Got out the gym and didnt think i would make it back home but i did thank god

    Nutrition today took a hit i must say had the usual routine for my diet plan however come to dinner i was horribly sick after my meal not sure if its due to new supplements i have? going to lower the dose of my creatine as i thought the stomach ache could be caused by it but not sure going to play it by ear Just hoping its not going to happen again

    Second week of hell raiser training so far everything is going great feeling great pumps still after the workouts still very sore in the mornings and days to follow Stopped taking my creatine as i was getting very bloated and felt ill from it so have stopped taking it for the time being. Got to the gym quite late today so ended up not being able to do calves

    Wide grip pulldowns
    3 warm ups from 50 - 135pound - 8 reps
    2 sets 135 pound - 8 reps + 6 - 5 second negatives

    Close grip rows
    1 warm ups 70 pounds - 8reps
    2 sets 88 pounds- 8 reps + 6 - 5 second negatives

    T-Bar Rows
    2 warm ups- 8reps - 90 - 135 pounds
    2 sets 135 pounds - 8reps + 6 - 5 second negatives

    Barbell Shrugs
    3 warm ups 8 reps - 90- 155 pounds
    2 sets - 155 pounds - 8 reps + 6,5second negative

    Rear Delt Raises
    2 warm ups - 8reps - 10 pounds
    2 sets - 8reps + 6, 5 second negatives - 10 pounds

    Overall great workout however was annoyed as couldnt get in calves due to the gym **** early which was unexpected but never the less got all the back and traps in

    Nutrition for today has gone really well got my intake of macros needed which was great still feeling a nice appetite however my appetite is slowly getting lower

    Sorry for not posting up any more logging posts the thread seems to have got a bit quet since the end of the competition so the updates did not happen as quick. however still running the prgramme and its going great still ran some samples of the AI ssports maniac pink lemonade i have to say is outstanding tastes amazing and more than anything stamina was insane thought i could go round lifting weights all night!
