*My Journey to Hell and back!*
First of another Thank you to the Animal Team for this amazing programme cannot wait to get started on this programme its going to be hell for sure. Im going to be starting this journey alone for the time being im trying to recrute a friend to do it with me but not sure if he has the "ANIMAL" inside him to do it hehe. Im going to start the programme from 20/02/12, as still waiting for some supplements etc to come through . I will be posting up starting pictures soon so i can check my progress as the weeks go by. Ill be posting my workouts on here showing weights used etc. Cannot Wait to get on this and start training.
My goal from this hell raiser training is to reach the next level in my training and put on some good mass.
I will be using supplements along side my diet which will include.

Welcome aboard bro. Do it right and it will be one of the toughest 12 weeks of your training. But you'll gain more mass than you ever have in the past. Diet and rest key, just as much as the pump. Kill it bro!

Monday Workout
Hell raiser training started today with workout one shoulders and arms, training went well insane pumps specially on reverse barbel curls!
Seated Front Press
3 warm ups 66pound - 8 reps
2 sets 100pound - 8 reps + 4 - 5 second negatives
Dumbbell side Raises
3 warm ups 15pounds - 8reps
2 sets 18pounds- 8 reps + 6 - 5 second negatives
Barbell Front Raises
2 warm ups- 8reps - 18 pounds
2 sets 18pounds - 8reps + 6 - 5 second negatives
Barbell Curls
3 warm ups 8 reps - 33 pounds
2 sets - 44 pounds - 8 reps + 6,5second negative
Reverse Barbell Curl
2 warm ups - 8reps - 30 pounds
2 sets - 8reps + 6, 5 second negatives - 33 pounds
Reverse wrist curl
2 warm ups - 8 reps - 22 pound
2 Sets - 8 reps +6,5 second negatives - 22 pound
Wrist Curls
2 warm ups - 8reps - 22 pound
2 sets - 35 pound +6,5 second negatives
Overall a great workout looking forward to quads and hams tomorrow bring it on!

Chest and Triceps
Had to skip out legs this week as have got a knee injury which is a pain in the ass as was looking forward to legs love the pump from leg work outs but oh well decided to hit chest and tris was feeling ready for the gym today.
Decline DB Press
3 warm ups 58 pounds 6 reps
2 sets 58pound - 8 reps + 4 - 5 second negatives
Bench Press
3 warm ups 100 - 140 pounds - 8reps
2 sets 140 pounds- 8 reps + 6 - 5 second negatives
(Usually use DB as my shoulder does not agree with barbel, but DB,s where being used so bench press it was )
Incline DB Press
2 warm ups- 8reps - 45 pounds
2 sets 45 pounds - 8reps + 6 - 5 second negatives
Skull Crushers
3 warm ups 8 reps - 35 - 48 pounds
2 sets - 48 pounds - 8 reps + 6,5second negative
Reverse grip tricep pulldown
2 warm ups - 8reps - 50 pounds
2 sets - 8reps + 6, 5 second negatives - 60 pounds
Stretches DB hang for TRIs

Felt like a great workout today apart from the skullcrushers felt they were putting to much tension on my elbow joint may be because of form or just me im not sure? is there any excersise i can swap for this instead if it feels the same next week?

Chest and tri's was one of the most intimidating days for me at first. This is because i HATE lowering weight on my bench, which is what I had to do at first in order to get the full 8+4 with good form. But in HRT it's not about poundages, its about getting that form right and doing the work to make your guns/pecs grow. Go kill it bro.

Cheers everyone for subbing going to be one hell of a journey! back from me weekend traveling got some cardio in over the weekend multi vitamins still havent arrived so went out and bought some replacements haha until they come. Now to wait for tomorrows hell raiser in the gym!

Shoulders and Biceps
Its the second week of hell raiser training so far so good its beating my expectations of what i thought it was going to be like. For example the workout DOMS you get are crazy, i feel pumped after each workout like never before!
Ok so today was shoulders and arms which went really well much better than the first session got good form on alll the moves felt the pump/burn on each excersise was a great workout!
Seated Front Press
3 warm ups from 22 - 88pound - 8 reps
2 sets 88pound - 8 reps + 6 - 5 second negatives
Dumbbell side Raises
1 warm ups 15pounds - 8reps
2 sets 18pounds- 8 reps + 6 - 5 second negatives
Barbell Front Raises
2 warm ups- 8reps - 22 pounds
2 sets 22 pounds - 8reps + 6 - 5 second negatives
EZ - Bar Curls
3 warm ups 8 reps - 22- 44 pounds
2 sets - 44 pounds - 8 reps + 6,5second negative
Reverse Barbell Curl
2 warm ups - 8reps - 22- 34 pounds
2 sets - 8reps + 6, 5 second negatives - 34 pounds
Reverse wrist curl (Bar)
2 warm ups - 8 reps - 22 - 50 pound
2 Sets - 8 reps +6,5 second negatives - 50 pound
Wrist Curls
2 warm ups - 8reps - 22- 55 pound
2 sets - 55 pound +6,5 second negatives
Great workout kept most of the poundages the same some i changed from last workout such as the shoulder press left the ego at the door this time as wanted to get good form.
Nutrition
Nutrition is going well so far keeping up to date with my macros getting in the right amount of carbs protein etc just costly but will be worth it in the long run.

There's definitley no shame in bumping down your poundages when you start HRT. having to lower your weights initially probably means your doing the form correctly. kill it bro!

Week 1 180 Pounds
Week 2 177 Pounds
Great 3 pound loss in the first week may have been due to the crap i have cut out my diet. Hopefully the weight will drop again roughly 2 pounds a week to get my goal after 12 week !

Sorry for not posting up any more logging posts the thread seems to have got a bit quet since the end of the competition so the updates did not happen as quick. however still running the prgramme and its going great still ran some samples of the AI ssports maniac pink lemonade i have to say is outstanding tastes amazing and more than anything stamina was insane thought i could go round lifting weights all night!
