do you realize that situps and cardio don't really do anything for your abs? how much do you weight? how tall?

bro...at 5'11 and 145 pounds, we should be able to see a bit of ur abs even if you never trained of your life...eat and lift, stop that crap video workout.
Train not to look good, but make others look bad.
