    Best Ab/Cardio routine ever!

    I started using this guys routine for a week and a half and can already see my abs beginning to show! delighted!

    he doesn't even do any proper sit ups in that video..
    even if you d class them as sit ups the routine is working magically for me so

    bro...at 5'11 and 145 pounds, we should be able to see a bit of ur abs even if you never trained of your life...eat and lift, stop that crap video workout.
