ok firstly im not talking about mcdonalds or burger king shiet they could make chicken breast and brown rice bad for you, but lets disect the typical homemade cheeseburger
1 - Beef, although its fried that shouldnt really make a difference, how else do most bbers cook their chuck... mostly protein anyway
2 - cheese, made from milk and we are always told to drink this right?
3 - lettuce, onion, tomato etc, cant be bad for you
4 - mayo/ketchup, you could argue but still there is nothing lethal in here
5 - Bun - This is probably the worst part, dat dere simple carbs, but still its small in comparison, a bber on a bulk should easily be allowed this.
