CLA, Yohimbe, or Green Tea Extract

Hey guys this is my first post on bb.com. I am considering taking a fat loss supplement and have been thinking about CLA, Yohimbe, or Green Tea Extract. From what I have researched I am considering stacking CLA w/ Green Tea Extract but am not sure if this is the right thing to do or if there are better options for me. I have about 15-20 lbs that I would like to lose and my main goal right now is to get leaner. What is everone's opinions and experiences with the above 3 supplements? I am willing to try any one of them and will consider taking 2 of them at once but now all three. Please help!

I've tried all 3. I would say the effects are minimal at best.

IMO the best fat loss supplement (if you want to take them at all) are the ones that suppresses the appetite. Since It all comes down to calorie intake vs calorie expended.

I'd go with Yohimbine. But you have to take it in a fasted state for it to work. Details here:

Ive noticed a difference on CLA, you should also try L Carnitine.. both work for me.. takes 3-4 months to start noticing results though.

Ive used green tea extract to loose a bit of fat but have switched to brewing green tea. I find it better than the extract and helps me relax/go to sleep easier.

Don't waste your money on these supplements. The only thing you need to focus on is total calorie intake. These supplements MAY help at very low levels and I'm talking 5-7% where you have the smallest amount of stubborn fat on your lower abs by way of activating the fat receptors.

Why not stack all 3 ??? I take 500mg caps of Green Tea, Yohimbe, 1100mg L-Carnitine And CLA . And i dont get jitters or anything. Plus I only take the CLA 30 min before a meal. The Rest I take right before I head out to the gym. Works for me and doesnt cost a whole lot. I know some people say dont waste your time on these, but every bit helps so in the end its up to you.
