    Getting bulk fast?

    I am needing a good workout/diet program to gain muscle mass/bulk quickly. Preferbly a six-week program that works well. I am sure some of you guys have some good suggestions/ideas for this. I would appreciate any help.

    Quantify "quickly"; put a number on it (i.e. "xx pounds of lean mass per month").

    The problem is if you're bulking too fast, you'll gain probably more fat

    Yes, definately keep this in mind. On 4/28/2003, I weighed in at 193, now on 7/03/2003 I'm 215. Using a website to estimate bf%(There's a link to it in the thread with my signature), I gained 7 lbs of fat with 15 lbs of muscle. From what I understand, that's pretty good for bulking fast (fat gain wise).

    How much fat are you willing to gain during these six weeks?
