    Legs 3 times a week?

    Would it be okay to hit legs Tuesday Thursday and Saturday?

    If u work them that frequently, you will need very low volume each time (ie only 2 exercises)...

    Otherwise you will burnout.

    Thanks man, what about just Tuesday and Saturday, is twice a week good for mass?

    I've made good gains strength wise doing legs 3x per week. See how well you recover and if you are feeling burned out then do 2x a week.

    i do it...but i kind of stagger things....ie:


    workout 1) weighted box jumps super-setted with GHR 3 sets
    workout 2) leg press 4 sets
    workout 3) squats 3 sets deadlifts 3 sets

    has gone well for me anyway.

    i do a semi-full body workout 3x/week(with varied emphasis) though.

    do a full body split, sth like Stronglifts 5x5

    this would mean you would work them 3 times a week, but only squats


    read up on it it's a good routine and will add some inches to your legs
