    I PMed TeamDymatize about this a while ago, he opined to follow the label which gives broad recommendations. That sounds about right, although I'd imagine you'd run out of the Dyma-burn in 2 weeks.

    This. I think I'm gonna stay at 2 caps a day for a while, then bump to 3 caps in hopes of stretching them to 3 weeks instead of just 2.

    CLA I'm taking morning, afternoon, and before bed.
    L carnitine I take one in the a.m. and one again before I workout. (no special timing, just convenient to pop it with my pwo drink)

    THis! also most fatburning will occur first 2 weeks. tho i may just cut some carbs out then inorder to keep it going

    I'm thinking worst case, at least I drop the fat off for 2 weeks, and should be close to my goal weight.
    Really hoping the CLA improves my body comp a bit. Not usually big into supplements, but from what I've read, it really does reduce bodyfat.

    I weighed about 210.2 last Tuesday when I started. I'm down to 206.8 this morning. Need to see what I am Tuesday to get a could indication of what I've lost as some times my weight fluctuates a pound or two.

    I reccomend eating At least something small your body needs it to work efficiently. It's better to not risk passing out while on the treadmill . Calories I'n - calories out . Master this your good . The problem is if you love food A's much A's I do .
