This. I think I'm gonna stay at 2 caps a day for a while, then bump to 3 caps in hopes of stretching them to 3 weeks instead of just 2.
CLA I'm taking morning, afternoon, and before bed.
L carnitine I take one in the a.m. and one again before I workout. (no special timing, just convenient to pop it with my pwo drink)
