I actually have a very high (FTL) bicep insert when I supinate, but in this pose it looks ultra long

1 year progress. 232 before - 240 after

I believe I was 175 here about 9 months ago. I did nothing for 3-4 months following those pictures to rehab a knee injury. So I probably started my bulk in beginning of October and looked about the same as these pictures. So this is my 23 pound ~ 7 month bulk progress. How did I do?

How did I do? Areas for improvement for next bulk? Will learn how to take better pictures and pose better at some point

Going to do a 3 month cut after my PL meet in April then do another long bulk after and probably have to buy some new clothes as they aren't fitting currently lol


Also: mirin the shaving gel heater?

Dude, that is fantastic work! Would you mind sharing some of how you did this, like your training and diet? I'm always interested to see what different approaches people use and what it gets them.

My training routine was PHAT

My diet was a daily calorie intake of 1500 calories a day for 8 weeks. During my off days I would eat 1300 calories due to no workouts. Protein I kept at 200 grams, fat at 10 grams a day, and carbs around 100 grams a day. Super strict diet, only one cheat meal and no refeeds for 8 weeks straight.

Towards the end of it I could barely function in the gym and decided to stop cutting at 5'8, 170 lbs.

This is more for accountability than anything. I came on this sure to fix the yo-yo exercising/dieting roller coaster and I'm now at a place where I can build healthy muscle and tone up the extra skin from running and a multiples pregnancy.

This was July 06' the twins were a month and a half old.


I took to running and ended up getting down to an unhealthy weight (10/08)


And my current base. I have very little muscle, lots of extra skin and a lot of flab, but it's still the healthiest I've ever been. I actually feel good! I have a "goal bathing suit" that I use to gage my progress: (02-03/13)



The part I'm struggling in the most is the behind. And I know that's the most important part. which is why I got this suit. Come hell or high water I'm gonna look decent in this suit by the time the pools open. If it kills me.



This was a week ago Saturday night. The bf and I went out with his friends. It was a lot of fun!
